    20 years experienced nurse, and this is the best hospital I have worked for! Well Done HEALTHECARE!
    The good thingsAmazing hospital, the best I have ever worked for. Director of Nursing is a role model for all other managers. Staff are supported and respected and this has created an amazing team through out the entire hospital. Nurses get the respect they deserve and the hospital is a wonderful environment for the patients. Plus there is free coffee machines on two floors.. makes us nurses very happy! Parking is only $2 a day also! It is truly a wonderful hospital and the staff are all amazing and work together as a team in all departments!
    The challengesNot enough open area for the patients to get off the ward..
