Working in the Arts and Culture sector is very satisfying and rewarding.The good thingsGreat atmosphere, the staff are so lovely that it's like a big, happy family. The work is very interesting and varied, and the gallery is located in an excellent location. My work there has also taught me lots of very valuable and transferable skills.
The challengesBeing volunteer work, there is no pay, but everything else about it is great.
