Workers are good to get along with but no career progression, Un organised no structure to the work place.

The good thingsWorkers are good to work with Staff lunches are good

The challenges-Can’t work 38hr weeks -Something goes wrong you get the blame. -Have an issue at work they don’t know about they will always have an excuse to tell you off. -Management can’t manage properly or explain how to fit things to trucks. No structure to get work out smoothly. Just everything is urgent which is not how it should be done. Have an idea won’t listen.
