I would avoid if possible!!! The good thingsThe product quality is excellent; I genuinely love the tights. The Tuesday-Saturday roster is manageable. Commission is good!!
The challengesThe budgets set by the company are completely unrealistic (90% of the time) no matter what they claim. The new state manager has been on a power trip since day one, frequently speaking down to employees and creating a hostile work environment. HR does not investigate complaints, making it pointless to raise any issues or concerns. Furthermore, there is no opportunity for career growth or advancement within the company, leaving employees stuck in their current roles with no prospects for development.
Upper management need attention to staff at the store level—they understand the day-to-day operations far better than any figures on a spreadsheet. Relying solely on data is misguided and overlooks the real issues. When employees raise concerns about state managers who are consistently absent and working from home instead of being present in the stores, shopping and ignoring calls, take those complaints seriously. Ignoring these issues only exacerbates the disconnect between management and frontline staff, leading to frustration and inefficiency. That’s why there is such a high staff turnover!
