Great company to work for. Such a fun environment and work place to be a part of!
The good thingsThe company prides themselves on great culture and values which is vital in creating a fun and positive working environment. Great discounts to use in store as well as their brother brands. Every day is different through tasks as well as serving a range of different customers in store.
The challengesAs any job, finding the right casual team with a great attitude to come to work and have fun while doing your job.

Good entry to retail. No hope with progression or value. Culture is horrible.
The good thingsCommission based and customer relations
The challengesManager is a nightmare. They don't care about their staff at all. No progression and if you go against the grain you'll be pushed out. Culture is absolutely horrible.

    I would avoid if possible!!!
The good thingsThe product quality is excellent; I genuinely love the tights. The Tuesday-Saturday roster is manageable. Commission is good!!
The challengesThe budgets set by the company are completely unrealistic (90% of the time) no matter what they claim. The new state manager has been on a power trip since day one, frequently speaking down to employees and creating a hostile work environment. HR does not investigate complaints, making it pointless to raise any issues or concerns. Furthermore, there is no opportunity for career growth or advancement within the company, leaving employees stuck in their current roles with no prospects for development. Upper management need attention to staff at the store level—they understand the day-to-day operations far better than any figures on a spreadsheet. Relying solely on data is misguided and overlooks the real issues. When employees raise concerns about state managers who are consistently absent and working from home instead of being present in the stores, shopping and ignoring calls, take those complaints seriously. Ignoring these issues only exacerbates the disconnect between management and frontline staff, leading to frustration and inefficiency. That’s why there is such a high staff turnover!

Started great until I was pushed out!
The good thingsGreat team of casuals was absolutely amazing! Cheeky discount and the customers were amazing
The challengesUpper Management needs to work on supporting their managers. Having a you will be right and ignoring staff isn’t the way to go! After multiple times of trying to reach out you basically give up! I think it needs a massive overhaul

We are candid and focus on inclusiveness
The good thingsSupportive working environment, managers do not lead by fear. Management are solution focused and look at overall picture. Commission paid on making sales budget and budgets are realistic. Career progression is present, state manager was internal promotion, a few of area managers started as casuals, managers starting as casuals etc
The challengesRetail is always a lot of stock. Retail is always changing Just have to stay solution focused in the down times

Head down bottom up with get you some great commission as a manager but is only viable for so long to get an even work life balance. KPI targets are a must and communication and support definitely could have been a little better. Possibly more suitable
The good thingsGreat discount and awesome product quality and comfort.
The challengesBudgets are high and work load is high. Communication between upper management and stores needs to improve.

Upper management doesn’t speak to any employees other than fellow managers and the work life and tensions between staff members is extremely prevalent. Complaints about management are completely ignored. Mackay store has an exceptionally terrible manageme
The good thingsThe great product and staff discount
