    The management at the time was my reason for leaving and to be my own employer which I did successfully for 15 years.
    The good thingsIt seemed friendly and and a good working environment at start. If it’s under a totally different management then maybe it regained the spark. The staff within your department would work together as a team and be productive if it’s under the right management. It out ne off
