    5 Weeks Annual Leave

    At Ruah, ordinary workers receive 5 weeks annual leave per year (pro rata). Shift workers who meet the applicable criteria receive a 6th week of annual leave.

    Salary Sacrifice Packaging

    These options include up to $15,900 core packaging, an additional $2,650 in meal entertainment packaging, benefits for parking fees and more!

    16 Weeks Paid Parental Leave

    Ruah offers 16 weeks paid parental leave, with flexibility to take at 32 weeks half-pay. New staff can access 4 weeks paid parental leave after 6 months.
