Worst company to work for. Stay away ! Trainees only hired so group managers can go on holidays.
The good thingsGreat support from IT and unfiltered cold tap water.
The challengesEverything, from training, support from peers, extremely poor communication from managers, no HR, and poor pay.

They have been through four BMs and they are hiring all the time. Avoid avoid avoid!
The good thingsBusy dealership. Plenty of opportunity if you are aggressive and get on well with staff.
The challengesThey are extremely hostile towards new people. The business managers already there are incompetent and feel threatened by new comers and will actively try to ensure you fail from day one and tell you to fend for yourself. Even the group manager is greedy self centred won't help in the slightest.

A toxic management culture that punishes you for speaking up
The good things Some team members were friendly and willing to support new staff.
The challengesUnfortunately, the management style was extremely toxic and emotionally damaging. After raising concerns about unprofessional conduct and unfair treatment, I was quickly singled out, questioned without cause, and eventually dismissed without due process or a chance to improve.

Your work for the people not the company.
The good thingsI feel like I became a much better sales rep after I started working here at Ryde Automotive group. Thanks to all the support and mentoring from the managers. Best thing I like about is that everyone here is so nice and friendly.
The challengesThe targets, work hours, customers. But this is what we face as a sales rep on daily basis regardless where ever you go.

Overall it was the best four years in my working life.
The good thingsThe environment in the admin office where I worked was great for the first four years I was there.
The challengesThe main challenge was when towards the end of my tenure there they asked me to wear three hats instead of the one I was initially employed to do. I tried it for a period of five months but the pressure was too much, for not a lot more pay.
