    A supportive and rewarding work environment.
    The good thingsSagewood has a strong focus on professional growth and career progression. I began as a trainee, brand new to the childcare industry, and over the past 5 years, I've been supported to build my skills and confidence. I am so lucky to work somewhere that truly values its educators and encourages them to keep learning and investing in their own knowledge.

    A rewarding and positive experience where I’ve enjoyed learning, growing, and supporting children.
    The good thingsI’ve really enjoyed spending time with the children and getting to know them. It’s nice to see them learn, grow, and enjoy their day. I’ve also enjoyed working with the staff, as everyone is friendly and supportive. Overall, I like being in a caring and positive environment.

    Supportive and great company
    The good things- Supportive management at all levels - The room to grow in the company, the whole leadership team will do what they can to help you succeed - The level of training given at any stage in your employment, if you ask for training and support they’ll find it for you! - An additional paid day off on your birthday - A company where the CEO and COO know the name of all their staff members and really take the time to get to know about you

    Overall I feel I have had nothing short of an amazing experience working with Sagewood
    The good thingsSagewood excels at succession planning and upskilling staff, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional development. Their overall focus on employee well-being ensures staff members feel consistently supported and valued.
    The challengesI don't think there are any challenges at Sagewood, Sagewood consistently maintains an exceptionally supportive environment for its staff while providing a clean and calm atmosphere for the children.
