I feel completely comfortable, appreciated, cared for and supported in my working environment at the College and I thank each day that I have such a fantastic work life.
The good thingsSaint Stephen's College is an amazing College and has been a wonderful place for me to work. I have been employed as a Personal Assistant for 18 years at the College. The culture and community that the College has provided me personally, I believe is second to none. I have developed long term friendships and truly trust the people I work with. There are so many avenues to go to for support, as an employee and, as a former parent for my children as well. I highly recommend Saint Stephen's College as a workplace. I cannot state enough the camaraderie you will develop, should you be lucky enough to secure employment at Saint Stephen's.
The challengesMy role is fast paced and demanding, such is the nature of a PA/EA. That being said - I have never lacked support or assistance for help if I ever felt the need to ask.

The good thingsThe best part about Saint Stephen's College is the people. It has a great culture, you can feel it when you walk in. The families and staff are wonderful with the kids firmly at the centre of everything.
