Waste of 6 months of my life
    The good thingsWatching children progress
The challengesUpper management. Over all culture of the business and the lack of communication. Honestly don’t waste your time, I wouldn’t wish working here to my worst enemy.

Terrible culture, company does not prioritise their staffs wellbeing
The good thingsWatching children progress in their swimming lessons
The challengesThe culture at all 3 centres is so negative and they will sweep anything under the rug as long as it’s making the owner money. Staff are never lifted up, only made to feel like they are disposable- my wellbeing wasn’t a priority until I wanted to resign. I feel bad for anyone who works for the owner

Great members and colleagues but shady owner.
The good thingsThe members and colleagues.
The challengesThe owner sets unrealistic targets so you cannot hit your targets. You always miss out on your budget so he does not have to pay commission. The owner micromanages his staff and is a nightmare to work for. High staff turnover every couple of months they are looking for new Managers.
