a fantastic opportunity for learning about such diveristy
The good thingsThe staff are close they take any new staff member in and they treat them like a part of the Sanderson community. They do regular staff appraisals for all staff and are mindful of peoples ongoing professional development needs and wants.
The challengesSometimes it can be very faced paced and the students come from all walks of life, as most are from the immediate area they are definatly a challenge to reconcile with in the classroom or in general school setting. Although there is always a good side and that is the fantastic relationships that you get to build with some of the most diverse students and staff you will ever come across.
