    Company profit has been prioritised over people. Top-down decisions are made with little clarity, often at the cost of jobs and staff wellbeing. There are positive growth ambitions but the path to get there is not being executed in the right way.

    Turned into a toxic company over the years with weak WHS and Food Safety culture. Lack of transparency in hiring, promotions handed out for being a "yes" person. Too many shortcuts taken to make profits at the cost of injuries and food safety.
