    I really enjoy working here with good people and leaders.
    The good thingsGood flexibility, working from home days and 9-day fortnight. Also looking at potentially moving to a 4-day work week. Leadership is very approachable and there is real recognition for hard work.
    The challengesdark office (dark walls) is a bit gloomy.
