    The good thingsMeeting co workers but doesn’t last as high turnover you only get $25 an hour
    The challengesManagement doesn’t have a clue they both aren’t on the same page, they victimised staff one rule for one one rule for another

    Avoid at all costs if you value your mental health
    The good thingsMost of the team are lovely, just trying there best under extremely stressful circumstances
    The challengesThe most horrible management I have ever worked with in my many years of managing businesses. If you want a place that absolutely destroys your mental health - work here. I have so many words to describe the disgusting treatment myself and many others recieved but all you have to do is speak to the workers here. They will tell you within a few days of how unprofessional, stressful and depressing this workplace is. I would avoid this place at all costs, nothing is worth what this place puts you through

    Overall a good place to work, however it has its challenges
    The good thingsThe staff are all mostly very friendly, good flexibility, moving to a different area every hour so the day doesn't get too repetitive.
    The challengesSpecific management team, weekends are insanely busy, customers can be rude and sometimes threatening, changes of policies that make the job more difficult.

    Push, push, push, push
    The good thingsNot much - I thought they didn't treat anyone well.
    The challengesI found they pushed all the time to get an impossible amount of things on display. I didn't have afternoon tea quite a few times and still couldn't get the amount of items out. I was told by other staff that the previous guy couldn't do it either. They didn't care about customer service.

    The challengesBeing micromanaged. Nothing is ever good enough. Management don't listen to staff concerns. High turnover.
