A welcoming workplace that makes it easy for a new employee to find their Rhythm. Great people that value teamwork and building relationships. This attitude fosters a work environment that makes you want to work hard for your team and help those around you to do the same.
The good thingsGreat people, great work life balance, interesting work, the opportunity to follow your own passion projects in addition to daily tasks.
The challengesWorking three days from home and two in the office actually suits me really well, but may be a challenge for others who would rather be in the office all week long, and perhaps don't have a good work space at home.

    Great place to work
The good thingsThe team is close and works well together. The work is interesting and workload manageable.
The challengesYou are to be on your toes in the changing media and finance landscape. As with any role it's about looking after the bottom line while also maintaining integrity. Another challenge is growing the brand in a way that it can challenge and outperform the traditional media brands.

Great team, great work, and looking forward to what is next!
The good thingsGood to work in an environment where you can grow and take ownership of your work. Great opportunities to make a significant impact. Seeing the company start from the ground up and take it into the future. Seeing the positive changes and being a driving force in achieving it.
The challengesMany working cogs in the larger machine, but once you have found your groove there are limitless possibilities.

Great team to develop in which has great chemistry towards a common goal
The good thingsSmall and driven team with great chemistry who are all invested in seeing our relatively new venture succeed. Independence to write about a range of topics and constructive feedback helps to develop in the role and as a writer.
The challengesGained meteoric rise in traffic which can be difficult to sustain but which has provided motivation to keep succeeding.

Exciting to be at the beginning of an up-and-coming brand
The good thingsClose-knit team, lots of freedom to write about what we want/audience wants. We get to write meaningful stories that help people make better financial decisions and it's a good feeling when readers email you telling you how your article has helped them. Lots of opportunity for growth with big plans for the future, sky is the limit.
The challengesMaintaining our rapid growth can be challenging, but it's a positive challenge.

Good opportunity to grow my skills at an independent, growing website
The good thingsWe have a lot of independence in the editorial team, and a lot of freedom to write about what we want and what the audience wants. It's a small, close-knit team who each have their own strengths which gives the website a broad range of voices. It's also very satisfying to see what started as a small website grow exponentially.
The challengesThe website only being a couple of years old means you need to strive to maintain the strong growth we've achieved so far, but this is a positive. Another good challenge is seeking to establish Savings as a leader in a crowded media field.

    A great workplace all-round
The good things- Small but growing team, lots of exciting projects in the pipeline - Good work-life balance and flexibility - Excellent management that focuses on people's development as much as building the business
The challengesCareer progression (into a leadership position) may not be on the cards due to the team structure.

Enjoying being at the forefront of an up and coming brand
The good thingsClose-knit team that has each other's backs and shares the same vision. Exciting brand experiencing rapid growth with big plans for the future. Lots of trust in staff, allowing for task autonomy and productivity.
The challengesHaving that task freedom means you have to be proactive and show initiative. Challenge to maintain the brand's rapid business growth
