    Disappointed with the non-teaching staff culture.
    The good thingsThe location and real estate. The students.
    The challengesToo much packed into schedule. Not enough admin support workers for the work load. No training provided. No operating procedures. If you are an old scholar or parent (worker) you get preferential treatment. HR not prepared to address difficult co-workers.
