    Would definitely work here again.
The good thingsLoved to people, the challengers were not straight forward and most of the time required yourself to think outside the box.
The challengesProactive communication internally and externally. Take on feedback more from operational stand point

Great company to work for before founding owner sold to greedy investors.

Great for learning a large variety of skills.
The good thingsGreat roster, 4 weeks on 4 weeks off with flights paid for
The challengesVery top heavy company with budget stress pushed on Marine crew. Very passive aggressive Marine manager with little to no interpersonal communication skills. Often hire externally instead of promoting internally. No budget for training and development to upskill workers. Poor vessel conditions and regular break downs of machinery and plant. Always short staffed for Marine and shore side crew.

    Customer focused

The amount of silos, and personal agendas means that there is not a coordinated approach to day to day business.
The good thingsCustomer base is fantastic. What the company does is unique and rewarding
The challengesInternal agendas. Significantly operationally based. Overcoming the take it or leave mentality of the many of the employees does not sit well with the customers.

The good thingsLots of work if you wanted it
The challengesJust the working environment, not for the faint hearted, working in the elements when needed regardless, rain, sun, am, pm, work when the job is needed to be done. Management, not wanting to change on some avenues because its been done this way for years etc.
