    Long extra hours for no pay, management are blindsided and expect staff to work under dictatorship. Not a respectful place to work.
    The good thingsLearning about other foods, trying samples. Leaving at end of the day.
    The challengesManagement are at odds with each other, Sales Reps are expected to obtain clients but have no back up from staff or high managers. Staff are treated and spoken to appallingly and is deemed acceptable behavior. Complaints are ignored.

    The good thingsSome people in the warehouse who know how things should be done and go above and beyond their pay grade.
    The challengesOne word. Management. If it doesn’t effect their work/profits then it’s not important enough and can wait until it becomes a disaster.

    Spend some money on upgrading and maintaining the warehouse to make it run more efficient, remember the staff are your biggest asset.
    The good thingsA great crew of workmates.
    The challengesMeeting deadlines can be difficult with an inefficient warehouse. GM is all about $$$ not the people. Machinery (forklifts) and general maintenance is inadequate. Place is very disorganized Safety is almost not existent.

    Was a great company,until Superior foods took control,and we lost the family atmosphere that was there for 50yrs.As to why I left unfortunately.Still good company to work for tho,just things had to change
    The good thingsGreat job to keep fit with plenty of walking and lifting, plenty of different job rolls to do which breaks up the picking orders all day.
    The challengesCorrect picking is critical,so got to be switched on at all times.

    My Team leader/boss drove me mad

    The challengesBosses lack people skills and proper organization, to busy puffing out there chests. My immediate boss told me my job everyday, he even said \"I know I don`t need to tell you\" but he did anyway for a couple of years!!! I had a very simple he only needed to say hello is there any problems but he had to feel important! If your job is putaways and replens etc then that's what it is, no need for a reminder everyday after 3.5 years !!!
