    My time at Securecorp was a deeply negative experience marked by excessive micromanagement, and a hostile work environment. Management seemed more interested in finding fault than fostering a productive atmosphere. I felt constantly monitored and judged, with every minor mistake magnified into a major offense. Bullying was rampant,with supervisors frequently resorting to intimidation and verbal abuse.It seemed that any error or oversight was an opportunity to blame and belittle staff.
    The good thingsThere are no good things about this company. Micromanaging is their key job. Business managers are fools, they walk and work with eye blockers.
    The challengesConstantly working under micro management.
