    A company which can give the stepping stone for commited guards to improve their professional ways in the security industry.
    The good thingsA company that values hard and honest workers who give it there all. If you are this type of employee which I mentioned and always give it your best, they will help you even at hard times.
    The challengesNone. Possibly just leaving the company due to personal matters. I wish I had listened to a management that truly valued its good workers and stayed.
