Dissapointing leadership in not obtaining new students. Marketing team not recruiting new business.
The good thingsgood co workers, good intentions. No strategy!
The challengesHaving a cohesive strategic plan, invest in infrustructure not marketing materials.

    Worst experience I've ever had
The good thingsWorking with students, making an impact on them is something rewarding.
The challengesManagement is out of control. Excessive power trips on staff from managers are something usually conducted. Pay instruction is unclear. Retaliatory measures from managers are often taken if you do something to protect yourself from those toxic people who don't know how to collaborate well with others professionally.

By far the worst employer I have ever encountered
The good thingsThe school campus is beautiful!
The challengesThe organisation is disorganised and appears to be managed by individuals who lack essential business skills and a clear strategic direction. This lack of focus is evident in the constant changes in direction, which ultimately impact the quality of service provided. Compensation is significantly below industry standards, yet the company spends excessively on non-essential items, prioritising appearance over customer service. There seems to be a disregard for Fair Work regulations and existing laws, with senior manager exercising strong power play. In my experience, this has been the worst workplace I have encountered, and I would not recommend it to anyone, regardless of the circumstances. Unless you are desperate, I strongly advise against considering this company as a potential employer.

    Work somewhere else.
The good thingsFree parking is a drawcard. Also nice surroundings.
The challengesInexperienced management from the top down just do not know how to run a school. It is absolute chaos. Pay is way below what teachers get in like-for-like schools and students are unhappy and uninterested.

I would definitely consider working there again once I finalized my post graduate.
The good thingsThe management is very kind, friendly and supportive. The environment is great, working conditions are good. They pay on time and competitive.
The challengesFast pace environment, that you need to prepare lots of paperwork yourself to make sure to keep the quality of the delivery high. Students lack discipline, which makes the work of the assessor harder.

The good thingsI enjoy working with my co-workers
The challengesManagement take constructive criticism personally, and it begins to affect the professional relationship. I believe that management have more interest in helping themselves, rather than helping their staff progress in their positions.

Satisfying for five years and seen many chages .
The good thingsGreat environmental surroundings, the original buildings are heritage listed and the campus right on the river is spectacular. It provides a very positive feeling to go along with the job.
The challengesInexperience in some of the management team. Slow to react to changes in the industry. Would rather be followers than leaders
