    Great place to work!
    The good thingsSHAPE is a well-established business and their on boarding has been extremely thought out and thorough. The people that work here are friendly, supportive and encouraging. It has only been two months but hopefully will lead to many more.
    The challengesNo suggestions at the moment, it has been a great experience so far.

    I highly rate my experience so far with Shape and would recommend it as a workplace to anyone.
    The good thingsMy first few months at Shape have been very enjoyable. The culture is fun, welcoming and inclusive and the systems and processes make for fluent and efficient work.
    The challengesHonestly there's nothing I could fault at this stage.

    The best place to work by far and I can't wait to see where SHAPE goes.
    The good thingsThe work-life balance is amazing!! The people are second to none, everyone is incredibly welcoming and always willing to lend a hand. The leadership team are friendly and approachable. They truly do care about their people and making this the place that people want to work.
    The challengesNothing noteable that I can think of but if I did have to choose, I would say that sometimes it is heard to leave in fear of FOMO.
