    An outstanding place to work and develop your career, I don't see myself wanting to leave any time soon.
    The good thingsA great place for a young person to build a strong and fulfilling career. Sikorsky will invest in you (as long as you give them the confidence to do so).
    The challengesmanagement's aversion to errors can sometimes feel overzealous which can feel very restrictive.

    Sikorsky Australia's Nowra operation is a world class maintenance and warehousing facility. I've been here 8 years and I have no plans to leave. Great people and the south coast is an amazing place to work and play.

    The challengesPoor leadership, in a constant state of transition, no internal training opportunities, personnel turnover, you can only be successful if you have a certain personality, reward for good performance/effort is very rare, no such thing as an easy task

    I wish I had known more about what it was like before leaving a secure job to go there
    The good thingsGreat facility. Most staff were friendly (at first)
    The challengesExtremely Poor support/feed back from management. If you aren't into sport, some staff would rarely talk to you and I felt afraid to ask questions about how to do things if I wasn't sure. I was also told that I would plenty of time to learn my roll, which wasn't the case. I was more or less told I was too old.
