    Enjoyed my time there until change of management.
    The good thingsAll near new trucks. Weekly pay and was always there on time with it being 99% correct.
    The challengesSwapping trucks all the time. Dont have set truck. 90km/h speed limit.

    If you enjoy flattop general freight give them some consideration.
    The good thingsLong established family owned company who I believe are sincere in looking after their staff.
    The challengesWorked here in the early eighties when road transport was still a very tough gig. Simons were one of the few who tried to stick to the rules which usually meant you were in s different truck each night. Ninety kilometre an hour speed limit didn't worry me but copped a lot of flak from the hard chargers who viewed us as mobile road blocks.

    Every aspect about working here is a joke.
    The good thingsIf you're lazy enough to not even put in the absolute bare minimum, then this is a terrific place to work, get paid the same as everyone else, whilst management is too gutless to fire you.
    The challengesJust walking through the door & signing on, there is nothing about this place that makes you want to come back the next day or even finish the day once you've started.
