    Would not recommend as a good workplace. My experience at Simonds has also put me off building with them in the future. Although their building processes, designs and price etc are good, in my experience and the fact there has been so many redundancies I would not work or build there. You are likely to lose your job, or not get a finished house.
    The good thingsSome of the people were nice to work with.
    The challengesManagement are a challenge. People are being made redundant left right and centre.. Also sales consultants do not get treated well by management especially in South Australia.
