Great in the Sky but horrible to work for on ground since a lot of changes with new management.
The good things- Travel Benefits - Best Airline - Staff - Courses in Singapore
The challenges- Poor Management - Hard to Move up as Management doesn’t want to give staff the opportunities to move around. - Lack of training, everybody just gets thrown in the deep end. - Turn over of staff have been quite high

Wonderful life experience if you are willing to dedicate yourself long-term
The good thingsAmazing travel benefits, wonderful colleagues, terrific training and exciting opportunities if you are patient and dedicated.
The challengesSalary quite low in comparison to other WA industries, and bonuses were rarely executed although talked about often. Management changed over often, so were sometimes out of touch and unaware of previous efforts.

Great company to work for but salary can is not competitive.
The good thingsGenerally good benefits. Expat perks are competitive. Enriching, rewarding, good training opportunities
The challengesExpect to work long hours, lots of meetings. Learning curve can be steep depending on department. Some bosses can be very narrow minded. Industry is very challenging to maintain profitability.
