    Unrewarding and toxic
    The good thingsN/A - nothing positive here.
    The challengesToxic culture; toxic and disrespectful management; deficient customer service practices. Imagine a high-pressure, fast-paced, demanding role, but you’re getting minimum wage, labour conditions are questionable at best, and you’re discouraged from taking sick leave.

    The good thingsSites N Stores has provided me every opportunity to turn up as the authentic me. Understanding the outcomes of our roles is important in ensuring we achieve and meet all challenges. The business does this very well in providing the known outcomes via guiding values and expectations with great state of the art systems and process that work in-conjunction with fabulous support and training that allows for both our career, and self development.
    The challengesThe challenges our actual ours to meet in ensuring we meet the outcomes of the role, to which we are all well supported by a great work culture that promotes a work to outcomes, and a go home insistence, allowing me the time to do my own thing for a real work life balance.

Their focus is on working hard and going home, allowing you to succeed in your position while being able to have time to enjoy your life as well.

    The good thingsReally positive and fun loving environment with a big emphasis on NO EGOs. You work hard, do as you say your going to do and look after the customers, it may sound simple but really is creating a great culture.
    The challengesYou will need to approach working here with an open mind, once you embrace the culture you are treated with the same level of respect as people who have worked here for ages, its actually very energising to have everyone working together with zero office politics.

    The good thingsThe staff there were great to work with. I still have relationships with former colleagues that have helped me find opportunities to grow myself. Staff development is positive, with opportunities to grow clearly mapped out and planned.
