A company that cares only about profit, not at all about its employees or clients

The good thingsGood place to learn basic piercing techniques. The store managers I had were excellent. They were put under so much stress and remained resilient.

The challenges-no support from upper management -store was so busy we couldn't take breaks (including bathroom breaks) -forced to do back to back piercings all day, with little consideration of clean up time or sale processing. This lead to countless incidents of being yelled at by customers -had no choice but to stay back most days -huge responsibility came down on the few senior piercers to do most of the work due to understaffing -no bonus pay for number of piercings completed. Most employees would opt to work at a store with lesser foot traffic as there was no sales incentive
