    A place with a lot of potential however too many yes men who struggle to communicate with staff

    The good thingsI have one of the best managers at Tabcorp. I’ve made friends for life within the Broadcast Control team and I feel extremely lucky to be working alongside such supportive, kind people.
    The challengesFinding opportunities to move into a new role/develop my career. Although opportunities come up it’s tough to succeed as the competition is so fierce.

    Overall its a great place to start out in television as you learn new skills but I wouldn't recommend staying long term
    The good thingsThe colleagues are probably the best thing as everyone is so great and fun.
    The challengesThe company seems to only care about making money and not treating the staff great. It's very hard to have a life outside of work as the hours are crazy. The equipment is fairly outdated and doesn't always work.
