    Overall, I enjoy working with Skybridge. Work life balance is important to me and at Skybridge I do have a positive work life balance. The team I work in and management are very humble & supportive. They will never hesitate to lend a helping hand and approachable at all times.

    Don't expect recognition or career development
    The good thingsBuilding great relationships with most of your work colleagues. Social events and having a laugh. Good work life balance. Location was good however facilities are old and desperately need updating.
    The challengesPoor communication from Senior Management to lower staff. Getting spoken to rudely from seniors and executives if you aren't part of management. Doing other peoples work because they can't manage their time, teams are overworked and understaffed. They leave everything until the last minute and then expect you to do it urgently.

    The good thingsWhen you think about it we spend most of our lives at work. And I can honestly say to spend 80% of my life at a company like Sky bridge with the management and team that I have is absolutely amazing. The energy in the room, The amount that people care about each other and our customers are absolutely nothing I've ever come across. I would recommend anyone who wants a positive and challenging role to work at Skybridge.
    The challengesWe have a high standard in our team, we also have a high risk program and the most challenging thing is making things that are just not possible - possible. Whether it be calling five different people to get one job done, its mentally and sometimes emotionally draining but this company allows you to grow as a person and also in your professional career.

    The good thingsIt has always been important to me to work for a company that shares my personal values. Skybridge is a company that shares these values of safety, respect, collaboration and delivery. It is a company that is improving the lives of individuals and communities through technology improvement and development. Throughout my time with the company I have had a positive experience of recognition, encouragement and support to reach required levels of service and improve wherever possible.
    The challengesThis role is challenging and allows me to take ownership of my own tasks. It is a fast paced environment, which allows me the autonomy to find solutions and develop my time management and prioritizing skills.
