    The Ultimate Family Practice
    The good thingsthe sense of community and teamwork is always so welcoming. i always enjoy coming to work and be at my home away from home. After coming out of a very bad ending to a long time role, my confidence and hope for the same feeling I use to have was shot. I was quickly taken under their wing and made to feel important and valued and that my years of knowledge were and asset to the team, which is a great feeling to have and I will always hold them in such high regard for how they have made me feel as an employee.
    The challengesAny workplace comes with its challenges, but it is how they are faced and resolved. Skye problem solves with great knowledge and experience that is a huge comfort knowing that any issues that we may face individually or as a team will be tackled head on with professionalism and care.

    An exceptional dental practice to work for.
    The good thingsI’ve worked at Skye Dental for around six years, and after moving overseas to live for a year I chose to return to Skye - which I think speaks volumes about how special this workplace truly is. Skye Dental is without question the most supportive and positive practice I have worked in. Management truly care about their team and help each person to develop and thrive in their role. I feel very lucky to work here and can confidently say it’s a place where people are valued, supported, and proud of the work they do. I couldn’t recommend Skye Dental more highly.
    The challengesLike any busy practice it can be fast-paced at times, but you are always supported by a close-knit team.

    Family orientated work environment where the team is the heart of the practice
    The good thingsI have been in Dental for over 23 years, and this practice is hands down the best workplace I have ever had the pleasure of being in. I have grown from Practice Manager to now Clinical Director and work for two of the most incredible employers you could dream of. We have the most wonderful team and we treat each other not as colleagues but family! All of our girls have flourished and grown in their roles beautifully and learn so much every day that helps them advance in their careers. Patients are treated as family and we are constantly recognised for our beautiful and overly friendly and infectious personalities! There is a reason Skye Dental has been nominated AND won so many awards!
    The challengesWe are an ever growing practice! Every busy practice faces challenges, but it's how we as a team tackle them together that makes us stand apart from all others

    The challengesHigh turnover. Blatant favouritism and exclusion within the clinic. No professional growth in the company and have to battle for a pay rise.

    The challengesBeing about money and this was dictating treatment to patients. Being aggressive rather than conservative.
