    This employer genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally.
    The good thingsAmazing work culture, working for someone who genuinely cares for you and wants to progress your career to the best you can makes all the difference. Situated in the most trendy suburb in Melbourne with a great work and social life balance amongst the team. On job training as well as any opportunity's for external training development if needed. Couldn't recommend SMART business insurance more. It has been a very pleasant couple of years working for them.

    If it sounds too good to be true, it is.
    The good thingsNone. After a week, I knew the role and company didn't suit me.
    The challengesSmall start-up company, owner very good at selling benefits to get you through the door. Long hours, very bonus and sales focused. High Turnover. In a year and a half, there were 2 people in the role before me. 3 people including me left within 2 months.
