An enriching experience, in a positive environment with a genuinely supportive team—I would welcome the opportunity to return.
The good thingsA collaborative and supportive team environment complemented by modern facilities and secure onsite parking, where client support is delivered with a clear focus on quality over quantity
The challengesworking the coffee machine was a bit challenging

The challengesThe support is extremely lacking, the micromanaging with total lack of constructive feedback is next level.

Just a job, not a career
The good thingsWork life balance. The call centre is open and well layed out with a 6star building rating.
The challengesNot much career progression. Have to be there 3+years to really progress. No a lot of flexibility in the day. All breaks are rostered and have to be adhered to other wise it affects your adherence. Not much job stability unless you are permanent staff. Very busy and very repetitive!

Great organisation to start a career.
The good thingsA Government organisation that isn’t hamstrung by massive amounts of red tape. Great entry-level opportunities.
The challengesTop-heavy organisation. Quite a few people paid a lot to do little. Maybe this should be in the ‘good things’ category?

The working environment was great, with a good work-life balance and good hourly rate.
The good thingsVery self driven working environment Great and regular performance feedback Good hourly wage Flexible hours Reasonable workload Great work-life balance
The challengesLearning how to separate some of your clients problems from your personal life and dealing with difficult situations (Worked in disaster relief) The access we had in the call center could've been set up so we could access more databases to help answer a lot of the calls instead of referring them on and causing back log
