    Never again. Zero stars…
The good thingsFun inner city location
The challengesLike most franchises, they are owned by people who have no experience in the industry to begin with. This causes friction with staff who are educated and knowledgeable in the technical design and printing processes. It’s a shame, really.

Was a good opportunity to work for them but there was no rewards for what was done. I almost tripled their turn over when I was with them and was refused a pay rise. Then I left.
The good thingsAs most of of the staff were completely inexperienced or coming from different horizons, I was the only true professional in the company and managed to organise all the studio and prepress departement.
The challengesArriving in this company was a complete mess, no organisation, no back-ups, wrong software and I reorganised everything from scratch and it was all done and running when I left them

    High expectations with unrealistic deadlines.
The good thingsThe salary was high
The challengesDeadlines had to be met. Everything was timed down to the minute if you went over the time frame he would suggest your costing him money. Because of this I was let go. Even though I informed of my experience he didn't seem to care.

The challengesThey charge very very low for graphic design to make their quotes competitive which means the graphic designers get paid minimum wage

Bottom feeders, don't waste your time going for a job there
The good thingsOpening the store and dealing with clients needs and producing quality work.
The challengesTerrible Franchisee. Below award wages, expected to work free overtime, allocated menial tasks to do, management always wants you to go faster and don't understand the design process. Expect you to use own car for deliveries and not reimburse you.

The manager I worked with gave a negative comment (eg. laziness) to my new employer when I listed him as my referee. This is entirely untrue because we worked hard together during my time with Snap and the only reason why I was no longer offered a long-te
The good thingsGood reputation of the company, most employees are approachable and friendly, decent equipments.
The challengesManagement can turn their back against you, low pay, no opportunities so you'll only most likely be landing in a casual or short term role.
