The best workplace I ever had!
The good thingsI loved going into work every day and still miss it to this day. The work was engaging, the staff were all so friendly and welcoming and employees were treated well by the staff. It was my happiest job I’ve ever had!
The challengesThe only challenge for me was when my contract ended there was a global job freeze on so despite them wanting to re-employ me they were not able to and I was devastated ated.

It was a \"fun\" job, it's not a place you would work if remuneration is your key driver.
The good thingsCreative people, the industry is on the forefront of technology, as a developer it was great to build new tech all the time.
The challengesForefront of technology generally has the side effect of very little documentation, there are very few examples where help is available online so figuring it out on your own can be costly of time.

Very busy, demanding and diverse role - extremely implementation-orientated.
The good thingsNo day is the same, you get to meet lots of wonderful people and artists and there are some fantastic perks.
The challengesIt's extremely demanding - there are lots of long days and given you are the intermediary between media and artists you can be placed in difficult positions.
