    Incredible team culture, and opportunity to work in a business experiencing huge success with an ever growing customer base, while being able to own the role and put your spin on it.
    The good thingsOpportunity to work with some of the coolest brands in Aus and further afield. It's very rewarding watching products you helped bring to life, come to the market. There is an incredible team culture where there's a lot of fun had, and you truly feel like you are part of a family. Everyone genuinely has the best interests of others at heart. The leadership team always have an open door, they are very supportive and are keen to hear different perspectives and work together on quickly actioning any change required.
    The challengesThere are times where you are required to have your eyes over a number of projects at different stages, so you need to be able to manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly.

Joining a growing company has felt like joining a family, we work hard and celebrate the wins equally. Super supportive working environment and team members, with an encouraged work-life balance. I always feel supported in my role and have been since day one. I can see my future progression and being apart of the team long term.

    Unachievable workload, not enough solid infrastructure or support to enable you to perform well or service clients properly.
    The good thingsOpportunity to work on a wide range of products with a wide range of clients
    The challengesUnachievable workload, clients are very unhappy and there is a lot of negativity to manage, systems and procedures are very underdeveloped, very high staff turnover

    There couldn’t have been a better place than Sourci for a student who just finished his/her Masters to get into with the right profile.
    The good thingsFlexible workspace environment. Well equipped office space. Opportunity to work with great Managers with a great Vision and to learn from them.
    The challengesHandling partners of different timezones and different languages is a challenge, but it's been a great experience and learning different cultures and people. This will surely benefit and add value to me in my professional life.
