Working in the trucking industry is a good and bad experience it depends on what your own thoughts are
The good thingssome of the truck mechanics are good to work with (understanding), close to home, going home (im glad i found other employment)
The challengessales staff (make to many promises to customers, forgetful, demanding) supervisors (lack of people skills, moody, make to many promises to customers, do not listen to reason) co-workers (lazy, untidy, would rather run to management if issue arises between fellow workers) the job itself is very demanding and expected to work fast which is when mistakes can be made

The challenges-Getting out of bed to go to work -Poor pay -Managed poorly -All staff unhappy
