I loved my work at South Eastern Private Hospital but I felt I needed more and unfortunately they were not supportive to help me upskill.

I never recommend to work any one. One of the worst organisations that’s what people Private organisations are worst Public organisations are best to work.
The good thingsFlexible to work when ever you become part time As a casual you never be flexible, you always be expected on call to cover roaster.
The challengesLess staff. Always expected two staff by doing single shift by one staff. Time and more over killing shifts.

Good - but could be better
The good thingsThe work I do here is very independent which is good. This is a biased opinion as I do not work on the wards necessarily. But when I do walk through the hospital, no one looks stressed or overworked. No one is frantic and there are no patients complaining.
The challengesMental health is understaffed and unorganised.
