    The good thingsThis was my first real job. I am very grateful to have been given the opportunity to work here, as a first job, as a young person. It helped me gain so much confidence. It exposes you to challenges, getting tasks on time and teaches you to balance your life as well as work life. They are very understanding and supportive if you ever face any difficulties. People are very friendly and overall good to work with. It is a good place to start out, can expose you to work life. It definitely put me in situations to gain skill even in small factors.
    The challengesSometimes the multi tasking, but in any job you will experience this.. and overall in life you will. Going through even minor challenges is good experience for you, to test you.

    Would be ok as a 2nd job or for a bit of cash between jobs, however would NOT recommend as a career choice.
    The good thingsEasy work. Clock on-clock off with no out of work stresses.
    The challengesManagement is horrific. The culture within the team was terrible which came from the head of the snake. Extremely unprofessional behaviour was evident throughout.

    The good thingsWhat good things??? This would have to be the worst company in this industry. A pack of dishonest people that do not care about this industry, its people and definitely its clients.

    A poor culture despite many good Managers that tried very hard to change things.
    The good thingsThere were many good Managers working hard to make a difference.
    The challengesThe company moved into many services that it simply does not have the expertise in. Advertising integrated services that are almost non-existent. Most staff are not direct employees and there are no real plans to develop people. A company that won the Employer of Choice Award whilst making numerous loyal Managers/Staff redundant due to very poor fiscal management and ventures into non-business activities. Very high turnover of head office staff.

    Horrible, How is this place a legitimate business?
    The good thingsSmall amount of senior management were available for guidance and were willing to assist in mentoring and attempting to implement processes and procedures to ensure the jobs were getting done.
    The challengesDealing will the very senior management who was not open to the idea of policies or procedures or providing adequate resources in order to achieve the goals set. They more interested in their personal profit then staff development and well being.

    The challengesMeet deadlines dealing with aggressive people, be the first on line when things go wrong. Resolve conflict, provide excellent customer service but unfortunately can't please everyone. Working under pressure attend incidents and write reports. Do induction sign in and out contractors prioritize what needs to be done first when there is work overload
