The good thingsgoing home at the end of the day
The challengesmanagement and leaders could be improved. leaders came across us unapproachable and hard to deal with. was told "these staff will go out of their way to make your life a living hell" in my first week which doesn't give me a good impression. Made to work outside your contracted hours each day

The good thingsnothing positive to say about this job or environment
The challengesMicro management, condescending and aggressive supervisors. Unsafe work environment, expected to climb on top of truck loads of steel to hook lifting chains with no harness.

Ruined by an aggressive, incompetent micromanager
The good thingsSome good people Learn some transferable skills
The challengesThe factory floor manager is aggressive and short tempered. Doesn't resolve conflict between people because of joining in on the drama and gossip. Oversteps managerial duties and micromanages everything.
