    the most extraordinary, fun and exciting time of my career helping open the venue.
    The good thingsthe best thing about the venue is they are always busy. they use the freshest of ingredients and the menu is designed by thinking out side the perimeters of normal food designs.
    The challengesthe size of the kitchen for the volume of customers you cook for in a day
