    Little support with challenging students.
    The good thingsSome staff were great- very friendly and served as mentors.
    The challengesVery poor behaviour from many students, run down classrooms and little support from the leadership team. A lot of staff liked to gossip and form cliques, which made for a toxic working environment at times.

    The challengesQuite a hostile workplace if you don’t keep your opinions to yourself, and whatever you do, don’t make a complaint to leadership.

    Do not work here unless you are really really desparate!
    The good thingsLike any place of work, some fellow staff members were lovely and others were not.
    The challengesManagement was toxic! I'd imagine there will be many similar observations, as my experience was not an isolated one.
