    Less than 1 year in the role, former employee
    I would not recommend that school to even my worst enemy

    College has grown too big and lost its heart.
    The good thingsThe students are instilled with a sense of social justice.
    The challengesThis is not a workplace which will make the most of your gifts and talents and make you feel valued. The administration are too caught up in data and educational trends, at the expense of quality educational outcomes for the boys. Staff are sad and burnt out. If only the sense of social justice extended from administration to the staff. This college has lost its soul.
