    Small community of people who try to look after one another.
    The good thingsHonestly everyone who works here is willing to help you, no matter the difficulty of the problem you are dealing with. Everyone has a smile ready when you are having a tough time.
    The challengesThere are quite a few part time staff which sometimes makes effective communication slightly more difficult.

The few shortcomings mentioned seem manageable especially given ongoing improvements and the organisation’s values-led approach.

    Wonderful workplace with friendly, multicultural staff.
    The good thingsFriendly and supportive staff in a multicultural environment. Many patients were also happy with this hospital, and I’m grateful for all the help and experiences I gained. Best coworkers ever!
