    Absolutely terrible.
    The good thingsThe pay was comparable to other schools in the area.
    The challengesToxic management that seeks to build themselves up at the expense of others. The school will push your workload to breaking point and then advertise your job before you even get out of hospital. The word Christian does not reflect how the school operates.

    The challengesKids are awful, staff aren't much better, you're treated as less of a professional or even a person as a casual teacher.

    The good thingsExcellent Boss, fantastic communication. Well working for your boss so closely we were very well suited to our roles. I understood what my position entailed and understood my boundaries and expectations.
    The challengesLots of stress from a role that encompassed so many different aspects. Just could be quite demanding and overwhelming at times.
