    Great working environment and great atmosphere to be a part of.
    The good thingsStarTrack pays very well and exposes people to many career progression opportunities and even though it is part of the Australia Post group there is a family side of things where people get along and have a huge bond with one another.
    The challengesSometimes it can be a challenge when you have big deliveries that can take an hour to do which takes up time but you have to push hard to get through it because you have to fit it in with your other tasks such as Daily and Casual pickups and because some boxes look the same because they’re from the same customer you have to pay attention to detail and double check the label but then you know who orders what and you end up learning the name of every customer.
