    Perfect people and support, great morals and outcomes, I have had no bad days.
    The good thingsThe people at steps are the nicest, and most professional staff I have ever come across.
    The challengesNone so far. The travel is far for myself but that is due to own environment.

    Steps Group has its own recruitment agency (Steps Staffing Solutions) because they don’t look after their staff… next!
    The good thingsPublic holidays and having 2 weeks off at Christmas.
    The challengesFirstly there is no training, managers are unapproachable and you are undervalued and under appreciated. A toxic environment!
