    Absolutely amazing career and experience!!!!
    The good thingsWhere do I start? This is by far the most amazing job I have ever been apart of. I have been apart of other company's and you are just a number to them. Here at Stepz though, You are respected as a person, you are rewarded for your efforts, They actually treat you as a normal human. If you ever get stuck with anything, they are easy to contact and will get back to asap you if busy. Its not everyday you can say you look forward to going to work but here, everyday is enjoyable, rewarding and it doesn't feel like a job, its just an amazing company to be apart of. You have room for growth and becoming a franchisee. Definitely best job EVER!!!

    I'm greatful to be working for Stepz Fitness. The brand and aspirations align with my beliefs and goals and they have helped me grow into a better owner/manager with having my back and supporting me.
    The good thingsStepz is very flexible and you have a lot of support from head office and you lots of tools and resources to assist you in doing your job well. Stepz is all about creating experiences and making people feel safe and welcomed and i love that.

    It's been a very pleasant growth along the years
    The good thingsI like the autonomy to create and develop your own ideas inside the brand. It's good to have a little community in your daily life at the gym, members are very friendly here! And the support from the head office is a must!
    The challengesSometimes is hard to reach and motivate everyone who train in a 24/7 gym, but we do our best!

    A Great place to work. I've learned so much.
    The good thingsVeryflexible hours and a really clean and tidy gym with amazing members to work with. Affluent area with a demographic that appreciates genuine staff and good customer service.
    The challengesThere is Lots of competition but it keeps us on our toes.

    Fantastic and great way to get fit.
    The good thingsTalking to your clients, signing up new members who are eager to join a gym and showing them exercises. Developing rapport to Allied Health professionals.
    The challengesThe gym brand needs to expand into Sydney more. There are two gyms here. Also the location of the gym is not ideal as its away from public transport and Burwood CBD.
