Hands down, the best 7 and a half years of my working life has been with Storage King.The good thingsThe diversity of employees and clients on a daily basis lends to a great environment to work. The leaders, from head office down are always open to questions and willing to help in any situation. The camaraderie is tangible. Training is always offered if required and communication is open and honest and continual. No matter the situation, you are never on your own to deal with things. There is plenty of room for personal development, and this is always encouraged.
The challengesI guess time is everyones' enemy. And things may not happen as quickly as we like, but I guarantee that everyone works to have any issues ironed out in a very acceptable time frame.
