    Great office and people, but job can be emotionally tough.
    The good thingsExcellent support from supervisor and mentor. Great office environment, other staff members were very friendly. Easy to use computer system. Excellent work/life balance.
    The challengesThe stereotyping of strata mangers by the owners. Horrible treatment from owners for problems not related to strata, or for mess left from previous strata managers. Computer system constantly crashing.

    The good thingsLots of room for career progress, I was promoted in my first year here. Friendly staff, flexible boss and no overtime required.

    A very useful life experience, both for Character judgement of People and valuing myself.
    The good thingsThe location is great, a very short walk from Warringah Mall, so very easy access to many different places for breaks.
    The challengesBeing the first point of Contact for understandably upset and frustrated Clients was a struggle on an almost daily basis, also found it uncomfotable to work alongside some challenging coworkers.

    Good step in the door for becoming a strata manager but no career progression.
    The good thingsGreat executive committee members to deal with and because of that a decent start in strata.
    The challengesNo support or coaching in Strata Management (have to learn on the job). Small environment with other loud Strata Managers.
